My extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and securing significant funding from bodies like Innovate UK, DEFRA, and the Global Climate Fund (GCF) makes me a valuable partner for interdisciplinary research and policy development. I am particularly focused on formulating policies that promote sustainable agricultural practices and fair trade, ensuring power inequalities are reduced and transitions are just. My work in climate-smart agriculture involves developing sustainable farming methods that increase resilience to climate change while enhancing soil health, water conservation, and crop yields. Additionally, I am passionate about nature-based solutions and biodiversity enhancement, collaborating on projects that restore ecosystems, improve biodiversity, and utilize natural processes for sustainable land and water management.
With expertise in climate-smart agriculture, nature-based solutions, green economy, sustainable development, and a PhD in Agricultural Extension. My background in the social sciences of environmental sciences uniquely positions me to address the human and community aspects of climate and ecosystem sustainability. I have led impactful projects focused on ecosystem restoration, biodiversity enhancement, and degraded land rehabilitation. My experience includes ESG management, research, and technical consultancy, excelling in complex project management, securing funding, and driving stakeholder engagement.
