I am interested in working with other members on

Themes within his research include: - Development of non-invasive biomarkers to monitor nutrient utilisation efficiency and gastrointestinal health. - Utilisation of human food waste or alternative ingredients as a source of nutrients for animal production. - Exploration of whether and how anthropogenic environmental contaminants affect gastrointestinal function, nutrient utilisation and production efficiency. I would like to work with other members on developing methods to measure animal nutrient utilisation and therefore nutrient waste on farm. I would like to expand this work to explore nutritional or feeding strategies to reduce nutrient utilisation waste and thereby reduce resource waste.
