I am interested in working with other members on
Collaborative research and engagement projects related to sustainable livestock systems, food systems transformation, and public engagement. I’m particularly interested in co-developing participatory methods, knowledge exchange tools, and interactive approaches (such as serious games) to support stakeholder and public dialogue on food sustainability.
About me
I am the Communications Manager for the UKRI-funded TRAnsforming the DEbate about Livestock Systems Transformation (TRADE) project, which explores challenges and opportunities in sustainable livestock and food systems. I lead on knowledge exchange, creative communication strategies and public engagement. Alongside this role, I am pursuing a PhD at the University of Edinburgh, researching how framing influences transformative pathways in the livestock sector. My work focuses on stakeholder co-design of future scenarios and innovative methods for engaging diverse audiences in food systems debates. I have secured funding to develop interactive tools and ‘serious games’ for education and engagement, with the aim of expanding their impact through a digital platform. My background includes research and public engagement in climate action, UK food policy, waste reduction, UK food policy, and sustainability transitions.
