About me
With a background in food science/nutrition, I have 25+ years experience in the food industry - technical and New Product Development roles for blue-chip retailers plus mission-driven food business development e.g. founding director and MD of Fairtrade nut company, Liberation Foods. Most recently, as consultant to The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, I created a food and drink commercial partnership between Kew and M&S to promote biodiversity for human and planetary health.
