The objective is to identify solutions that will facilitate the decarbonisation of the food system, with the ultimate goal of establishing a food system that enables consumers to transition towards a planetary health diet.
About me
I am a PhD candidate in Food Policy at the Centre for Food Policy, City St George's, University of London, where my research focuses on the intersection of food systems and climate resilience. With a background in Business and Economics (B.A.) and European Global Studies (M.A.) from the University of Basel, Switzerland, I bring a critical interdisciplinary perspective to analyzing the integration of food policies and climate change mitigation.
With experience in sustainable development research and publications on topics such as sustainable diets, climate change mitigation, and dietary guidelines, my work is dedicated to shaping policy for more resilient, equitable, and sustainable food systems in the UK.
