About me

I am on the ECR board for Agrifood4netzero. I have a practical working background in livestock farming. I am a qualitative social scientist who researches the issues facing farmers. Much of my work has looked at UK upland farm contexts in light of post Brexit agricultural policy. I have also been researching farm diversification strategies and constraints facing farmers in the developing world. My research is situated at the intersection of business studies and rural sociology.
