About me

I am a lecturer in Sustainability at Bournemouth University. Agri-food is my main research area to help the agricultural industry work towards Net Zero. I co-produce research with farmers to have real-world impact in a practical setting. I also have a strong interest in biodiversity and conservation, as well as sustainable food production such as entomophagy.
