About me

I am a farming advisor and developing policy leader, dedicated to promoting agroecology and building sustainable livestock systems. Having bounced from veterinary to agribusiness and tripped over genetics along the way, I’ve happily landed in the livestock sustainability sector as Co-Founder at training non-profit Farm Steps CIC and Livestock Policy Advisor to DEFRA. I'm also studying towards a PhD at IBERS Aberystwyth as part of Project Rhizoe; researching carbon and nitrogen dynamics and soil microbiome function in grassland systems.
